OFAB reviews and develops recommendations to the Board regarding:
Review the proposed Annual Preliminary and Final Budgets.
Review the Quarterly Budget updates.
Review proposed budget adjustments.
Researching grants related to the District’s services that are not subject of another District Committee, and at the direction of the Board, review the applications for grants, recommending contracting with grant writers and other funding sources;
Meeting with other public and private not-for-profit organizations to explore or to apply for grant funding; and,
Review the Annual Audit and related audit findings and recommendations; and
Annual review of the Investment Policy and the quarterly Investment Report
